Nickel is one of the essential trace elements for the human body, and its sources are widespread in the surrounding environment. When nickel accumulates excessively in the human body, it can lead to many serious diseases. Nickel is listed as a Class I water pollutant by the country and has strict limits in industrial wastewater, environmental water, and other standards. To eliminate the tedious operation of preparing reagents and testing processes for users, and improve detection efficiency, PAN colorimetric spectrophotometry has launched this productWater quality metal nickel content detection reagent.
Water quality metal nickel content detection reagentTechnical principle: Ni2+Formed an orange red ternary complex with PAN and non-ionic surface activity, and its solution color is different from that of Ni2+The concentration is directly proportional.

matters needing attention
1. If the content is higher than the reagent range, the measured value can only be used to estimate the dilution factor and cannot be used as a test result. After diluting the sample, retest;
2. The pH value of the water sample to be tested is 4-7, and the temperature of the water sample is 20-30 ℃;
3. More than 5 times the amount of Cu is present in the water sample2+、 Co2+More than 20 times the amount of Zn2+、 Pb2+、 Al3+、 Fe3+、 Mn2+Will interfere with the measurement;
4. After adding nickel (II) reagent and nickel (III) reagent, it is not allowed to shake up and down to avoid foam affecting the colorimetry;
5. Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children. Do not store with food, medicine, etc., and do not put into fire.
